How to Read These Gold & Silver Charts
Each chart plots the rate per gram over your chosen period. Use the 1D view to spot intraday moves, the 7D and 30D views to read the short-term trend, and the 1Y view to see the bigger picture. Switch between gold and silver, and between 24K, 22K and 18K purity, to compare how each one has moved.
Gold and silver prices in India follow the international spot price and the rupee–dollar exchange rate. A rising line means the metal is getting more expensive in rupee terms; a falling line means it is getting cheaper. Charts help you time a purchase, but past trends do not guarantee future prices, so treat them as a guide rather than advice.
The rates shown are indicative metal prices. They exclude jeweller making charges and 3% GST, which are added on top when you buy ornaments or coins.
